need more info about your setup
@Erikaray Thanks!
@sphirst thanks I will post it here once I have it completed. Although I might just make it into a screensaver?
Talking 'bout Turtles in Time... just to let you know that I just made an overlay for it ;-)
@allanbuzzy only problem with this cool splashscreen is that emulationstations spashscreen is black now. Not white.
@allanbuzzy Unfortunately, no; the sound effects were manually edited in post since ES doesn't support custom sounds when scrolling on systems. :(
@RetroPie-Guy update your emulationstation from source and then go into the menu and video options and make sure that OMX player is set to on.
@soulgriever i definitely like the glitch out logo idea.
@herb_fargus Thank you so much! Really appreciate it.
@mediamogul still not working..guess I will have to compile 3.7 sigh I'll report back
Dang, these are amazing! What program do you use to make this?

Thanks for your reply. Indeed, I will check this evening.
I remember seeing something about a splash screen option somewhere in the config menus ...

Me too, I like the idea. Shutdown splashscreen sounds great.
